Accordingly, the minimum personal information required to fulfill your order (typically your in-game User ID, server designation, and order reference) may be transmitted to, processed by, or stored on servers located outside India, including but not limited to data centers situated in mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, and other jurisdictions where our upstream suppliers operate. Such international processing is strictly limited to the data elements necessary for regional synchronization and final delivery of the purchased service.
By placing an order for any Chinese-sourced service, you provide your express, informed, and unambiguous consent to such cross-border transfer and processing, and you acknowledge that the data-protection regimes of recipient jurisdictions may differ materially from those of your jurisdiction of residence. We employ commercially reasonable contractual and technical safeguards to limit the scope, duration, and accessibility of any such transferred data.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We disclose information only to: (a) upstream suppliers and game-publisher channels strictly to the extent required for order fulfillment; (b) payment processors for transaction verification; (c) competent authorities where disclosure is mandated by law, court order, or valid governmental request; and (d) professional advisors bound by confidentiality.
