We process the foregoing information solely on the lawful bases of (i) performance of the contract you enter into with us upon purchase, (ii) compliance with applicable legal obligations, and (iii) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service. We do not use your personal information for unsolicited marketing without your prior, affirmative consent.

Important Notice regarding cross-border data transfers: A material portion of the digital goods we resell — including, without limitation, WeChat verifications and Valorant Points (VP) for the Chinese client of Valorant Mobile — is sourced from suppliers, payment intermediaries, and game-publisher channels operating within or routed through the People's Republic of China and other international jurisdictions.

Accordingly, the minimum personal information required to fulfill your order (typically your in-game User ID, server designation, and order reference) may be transmitted to, processed by, or stored on servers located outside India, including but not limited to data centers situated in mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, and other jurisdictions where our upstream suppliers operate. Such international processing is strictly limited to the data elements necessary for regional synchronization and final delivery of the purchased service.

By placing an order for any Chinese-sourced service, you provide your express, informed, and unambiguous consent to such cross-border transfer and processing, and you acknowledge that the data-protection regimes of recipient jurisdictions may differ materially from those of your jurisdiction of residence. We employ commercially reasonable contractual and technical safeguards to limit the scope, duration, and accessibility of any such transferred data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We disclose information only to: (a) upstream suppliers and game-publisher channels strictly to the extent required for order fulfillment; (b) payment processors for transaction verification; (c) competent authorities where disclosure is mandated by law, court order, or valid governmental request; and (d) professional advisors bound by confidentiality.

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations, and to resolve disputes. Order and transaction records are typically retained for a period of up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of transaction, after which they are securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of electronic transmission or storage is one-hundred-percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to (i) request access to the personal information we hold about you, (ii) request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, (iii) request erasure of data no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, (iv) withdraw consent previously given, and (v) lodge a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority.
